Pennsylvanians for Reliable & Affordable Energy (“PRAE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides issue updates, educational information, advocacy opportunities, and other communications through email, SMS, MMS, and related programs (collectively, the “Programs”). By subscribing to or participating in our Programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Consent to Receive Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive recurring communications from PRAE, which may include:
- Updates about energy policy and related issues
- Educational information and resourcesRequests or opportunities to contact elected officials
- Event announcements and invitations
- Advocacy opportunities and calls to action
- Other information related to PRAE's mission and activities

2. Message Frequency and Delivery
The frequency of messages may vary depending on campaign activity, events, and your engagement with our Programs.

PRAE is not responsible for delayed, incomplete, or undelivered messages resulting from circumstances outside our control.

You may opt out of SMS or MMS communications at any time by replying to a Program message with: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After your opt-out request is processed, you may receive a confirmation message.
If you are subscribed to multiple communication Programs, you may need to opt out of each Program separately.
For email communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting us directly.
